What Would Richard Gary Do?

As we pass our days in the charming hill station that shelters that Tibetan Government in Exile, answering questions and engaging in discussion with both Tibetan refugees and fellow Westerners, we must often ask ourselves, what would Richard Gary do?

Now I think Richard Gary would do a lot.
Richard Gary (who in American would go by Richard Gere) can be found in photographs scattered throughout the town. Nearly every cafe and restaurant we have entered has a framed photograph of Sir Richard Gary smiling aside the owner of the afore mentioned cafe/restaurant owner.
