We decided to read, "The Adventures of Robinson Crusoe" in class, from which we discuss grammer and vocabulary, while we work on reading comprehension and pronunciation.
One of the vocabulary words we had to define was 'cannibals,' which we actually defined wrong.
We then asked students to make sentences with the vocab words for homework. Needless to say, I believe each and every student who turned in homework came up with a very creative way to use cannibal in a sentence. One student mentioned that Barak Obama should work against the unbridled growing cannibal cults in America. We agree, actually.
We have since decided to follow "Cannibal Animals" a great grunge band here. We beleive the cannibal cults aforementioned in America may indeed be true followers of "Cannibal Animals" and perhaps not actually flesh eating humans.
